Can heroes use runes?

Is there any confirmed posts about whether or not heroes can use runes?
Like with Razah, who's profession is listed as variable in the manual. So how would his runes work? Do you get refunded the runes when you change his primary prof? Or do you just have to add all new runes everytime you change. Or what if his armour keeps the runes? Does this mean he can use runes from two profs? His old one with his retained runes, and you adding new runes for the prof he changed into.

Heros can have runes installed into their armor.

Runes can be replace by applying another rune on the armor.

You can probably select which rune to add to the heroes' armor pieces from a list of all runes you unlocked for that hero's primary profession.

More then likely they will be able to use runes the same way we can, for the Primary Profession only. But we have to wait till Friday to find out.
