Atleast you are thinking about how to make it not another Warrior Clone.. that is good.
I want to see a Berserker-type of class too, afterall, the crushing might of a 2-hand weapon is a joy to play with.
The chance hit is a interesting idea. Could work well, but again, few people also dis-like having too much chance in GW. Also they still need energy, and if not, need some altnerative energy/cost source. I would also not go with Defense, as tanking should be Warrior's role, one which a Berserker don't really need.
maybe I will re-bump my Berserker CC again... maybe when the CC voting start again.

A nice idea, maybe make his primary give him extra health like eles energy storage gives them energy. Maybe make his armour give him passive health regen but no energy regen, and he can only get energy from attacks or something. I'd also like the option of going twohanded axe as well as sword too.

main idea of the Beserker
The Beserker is basically a class which is more of the heavy armored damage dealer. The hard thing about this class is maintaing your energy bar at a good rate, which means that you'll have skills which manipulate the energy bar. Since Beserkers are "sopposingly" intimidating classes not only from looks but also for your allies. Now to have skills to intimidate your ally, you already have shouts etc.(The Peragon and the warrior already have these things) so I thought about using energy transfer instead and also health transfers. In that way it would also make sense, since beserkers are known to be a sucrificial class.

PS.What do you mean by new stuff?? All of these attacks don't exist in GW (Except maybe the name)

Well New concepts like drastic changes and yet balanced.
Ritualists- spirits
Assasins- dual attacks, spiking, critical hits special8ity
Dervishes- forms crazy shit with enchantments
paragons- "general" type character, chants
Berserker... more attacks, stances and energy regen?

Yeah it does have some new stuff I guess. But sometime when you have free time you should a) make a fourth attribute, and B) think up some other stuff.. I dunno like Battle-axe and Rages or something
