However, Guild Wars only runs on my admin account not my secondary which is what I want it to run on. When trying to run it on my account with no admin powers, it always stops at "loading Arenanet: 0%" anyone know why this is? I'm stumped myself. Thanks for reading through my big block of text. I don't know the procedure off hand, but I think what you are wanting to do can be accomplished with the right set of permissions. In order for guildwars to update itself and stream updates to itself the secondary user account would need full read and write permissions to the Guildwars Installation folder or home folder. Without thos permissions guildwars will probably have a quite a few problems if you can ever get it going. Like I said though I don't know the procedure off hand so you would need to try to google it or wait around for someone who knows. But from the sounds of it you are getting caught by some type of permissions error. I'd also say it might be possible that the firewall assigns rules by user, you may want to check and issure that the secondary user has the right to also open those ports when needed.
