im just trying to find the correct dye combo to get a cyan color for my assassin with 1.5k luxon armor...anyone know how?

Try Yellow and Purple to make a brown then add Blue

I am assuming you are looking for a pastel bluish color?

You can also add a silver at the end to get a more metallic color
