The man on the Tiscali site said this "After investigation, it appears that some of their servers were down for maintenance, which was probably the cause" at least its fixed now and we can get back to the game we all love.

i dont get error 5 ,i just get disconnects very frequently,they are rubbish isp.my ping on vent goes right up to over 24 thousand,i am on max 8mb its rubbish.just now im staring at the map loading screen and getting 0kbs massive lag when i do get in and then err 7.i had to cancel my wow subs as well because of them .
Avoid like the plague.
