Now that the concensus has shifted that mods DO matter...
...I would say 30-35k for the chaos axe w/perfect sundering.
The shield has an imperfect, unpopular HP mod, and it's not matched up -still worth something to someone - I wouldn't pay more than 10-20k, but I don't deal in shields nealry as much as weapons...
