If you close a guild, can you remake it right away with the same name? Ive been given my mates guild, but i dont want the log of all the people who have come and gone lol But want the guild name!

Yes, as soon as you disband it, the name becomes available to all instantly (HINT: Stand right next to the registrar when you disband), including yourself. However, you will lose the Hall and any services hired, and you will have to redesign the banner again.

Quitting or Disbanding a Guild
You can leave your guild by clicking the icon next to your name on the guild roster and choosing "Leave Guild."
If you are the guild leader, you must first promote an officer or member to the position of guild leader before you're allowed to quit.
If, as guild leader, you wish to disband your guild entirely, you must first kick out every member individually. Once all members are removed, you can then click the icon next to your name, and select "Disband Guild".
Just kick them out, how long can it take?

Nevermind, I see, I guess I'm so used to lousy spelling etc that I took this:
as "log off" = "kick"

I have posted on this before. Straight from NC-Soft if you disband a guild that guild name will not be available to use again. Their take is if you disband a guild there should be no reason to remake it, so to answer the originasl question , no you cannot use the same name to form a guild again. Once you use a name it is taken out of the general pool and cannot be reused at all. Look for my post in the sardelac sanitarium for the full details.
