Traps build Adrenaline?

Considering swaping out my rangers secondary prof for war if I can use Bonettis Defense.


Do traps build adrenaline?

You mean setting traps triggering adrenaline?

If so, no, they don't only attacks and when you get hit. (and some enchantments)

I'd recommend Whirling Defence for trapping.

Yea- that's what I use, but was looking for energy recharge and stumbled upon Bonetti's defense.
I'll have to go back to the books

*Some Spirit Here*
Healing Spring / Troll Unguent
Ressurrection Signet

This is great for large groups of aggro.. not only do you get energy back, but you also gain health back as well.. trap trap trap.. pull into traps, ViM! trap trap trap rinse repeat.

Looking for a quick energy fix. Bonetti's build energy from adrenaline.
