hey, there may be a build simmilar to this, but i made it myself and can basically be used in any situation..pve or pvp
Attributes--13 expertise, 12 marksmanship, 12 wilderness survival
Skills (in this order)-- kindle arrows, marauders shot, hunters shot(or called shot), quick shot, needling shot, troll unguent, whirling defense, and storm chaser
Usage--put on kindle arrows and try to have it on at all times, as it adds an extra 20 fire damage, which is a very good amount. start your attack with marauders shot instantly followed by needling and quick shot. then start again with hunters shot and instantly use needling and quick shot again. keep this combo up until your target is below 50% health and spam needling and quick shot, because when your targets health is below 50%, needling shot recharges instantly, making quick shot and needling shot shoot like a machine gun. hunters shot can be replaced with pretty much any other attack skill, but i like it because it costs low energy and has short recharge time. this build is extremley effective against monks, mesemers and necromancers.
i like to use a hornbow for the 10% ap, but longbows and especially recurve bows work well. also, energy shouldnt be much of a problem due to the 13 expertise. if you really want to keep it up, consider using druids armor, a +5 energy bow and possibly a zealous bow............try it out and tell me how you like it.....and by the way, please try the build out before you leave your hate comments =)
firey quick needler

Hmm indeed one of my main concern with quickshot/needling shot builds is the energy and I also go with 13 expertise not to be quickly dry.
However, is WS that important in this build? You add more damage with kindle, but that's at the cost of lowering your marksmanship, and therefore dealing less damage (both normal damage and from skills). I think 16 Marks and Read the Wind instead of Kindle would optimize your build.
The only inconveniant is you woould no longer have a (how much is it?) 7? 8? arrows troll unguent. That's not a big deal at all in PvE. However, in the few PvP areas that requires a strong self-defense (RA, competitve missions, and even AB), I don't think the sole WD and a 4 arrows troll would keep you alive.
No rez is always a bad point for me too
Stormchaser is not needed in PvE, for you won't have to run after mobs.
Pin down may be a nice skill to have as well for PvP, or throw dirt in both PvP/PvE.
If you've never tried, frenzy + needling shot is deadly. I'd replace marauder by that to maximize the damage (but then you'd need a second stance like dodge to eventually cancel frenzy).
