Most skills these days have a weaker, normal skill form and the stronger, elite skill form. An example would be Energy Burn (Normal) and the stronger form, Energy Surge. I think there could be an elite version of Meteor and Meteor Shower. It may seem like Meteor Shower is the very powerful already, but it isn't used that much in PvP and sometimes just doesn't cut it in PvE. My idea is the following skill:
Name: Armageddon
Class: Elementalist
Type: Fire
Energy Cost: 15
Casting Time: 5
Recharge Time: 10
Effect: Target foe and all adjacent foes are struck for 30...114 fire damage and knocked down for 3 seconds. For each foe hit, Arageddon has an additional 10 seconds of recharge time.
