Marksmanship: 12 + head piece + rune
Expertise: Whatever is left + rune
Wilderness Survival: 11 + rune

Hope this helps. I know it isn't the greatest, but in PvE, it works fine.

Agreed, expertise of at least 9 comes pretty standard with a barrage build if you want to be able to sustain any battle.

Your both wrong with any build dealing with Marksmanship you need atleast 15 marks if not 16 and 12 Expertise

Mask of Marks + Sup Marks
and
Major/Sup Exertise

Major is good if you dont have money for Sup Vigor but if you got the money spend it (bow grip of fortitude also helps)

That is the build i use, Marauders is good for picking of one key monster if you need to (like monks,rits,eles etc) the +37 damage that comes with 16 marks is nice
AND with 16 marks you get +17 with barrage

The Purge condition is if you need to run and have a little condition called cripple

OR

Barbed Trap to help cripple and pain the punks trying to kill you

EDIT: Sry I forgot this build does require that you do both of the 15 att point quests

I think u could do well using a r/mo if u used live vicariously and barrage as every hit would restore hp ( live vicariously or vigourous spirit u just don't have to recast vicariously ). I think 9 or 10 healing prayers plus 12 marks and 9 expetise or 10 would be good enough. A sup rune of vigor and minor runes of expertise and marks should get u enough points in expertise and marks.

My version of a R/Mo barrager, uses 14 Marks. It's also Barrage/Pet.

For a while, I've used Judge's Insight with Barrage. Get Expertise to about 9 (8+1) and Smiting to 9 the rest in marks (12~14) and wilderness as desired. A Bowgrip of enchanting is recommended.

JI turns your damage to holy damage (bypasses armor bonusses) and adds 20% armor penetration.

I tried the JI builds with it aswell but found them very E taxing, great in FoW vs undead though.

When I play R/Mo I don't take WS skills or attributtes.
Its all Marks, Expertise and Healing.

regaurdless of what Black Ops says a 9 in expertise is fine with Barrage.
IF you happen to run into E issues, just go zealous string.


Anyway try barrage with a couple INTs,

Chose a defensive stance or two of your liking

Then a heal or two of your liking. I prefer monk heals over Troll/healing spring due to the fact that they usually have a faster recharge time AND in a pinch you can cast them on teamates.
