Conjure Lightning: decreased recharge time to 30 seconds, increased damage to 1..21
Double Dragon: this spell no longer causes Exhaustion.
Eruption: decreased casting time to 2 seconds.
Fire, Water, Air, Earth Attunement: each of these skills now return 1 Energy plus 30% of that spell’s cost.
Glimmering Mark: decreased recharge time to 5 seconds, increased duration to 5 seconds.
Glyph of Concentration: changed this Glyph to work on the next two spells, increased recharge time to 10 seconds.

these updates are AWESOME
every elem should now have glyph of elemental power in their bar.
water mages: shatterstone is incredible, vapor blade got increased, it was already a great spell when the time was right.
I hope mark of rodgort doesnt ONLY affect all adjacent foes, because i like using it to take down bosses.
With this update, it seemed that Anet was targeting spells that arent really used much, and they did a really good job!

my eyes poped out when I see glyph of lesser energy and attunment update. 5 energy for 30 energy + returned energy from attunement + 1 from attunement default; that's alot of energy without an elite.
While the conjur and mark of rodgort update is what I have been waiting for quite awhile.
Don't know what to say about shatter stone... that's alot of damage for a water spell. Need to go dig up that old build of mine...

It's about time they finally did something major with the elementalists. The only thing they've been known for are flag running and just recently the obsidian flame spikes. Other than that, they've been pretty much useless and rarely used as a damage source in GvG.
I'm hoping with this new update that they will finally be used for what they are made to do - damage.

Shatterstone finally stand out.... with Water Magic 16 + Glyph of Elemental Power, Shatterstone does 230 dmg in 3 sec. Combine with Vapor Blade's 159 dmg.... I guess Anet finally decide to tone up Water Magic's Dmg !

Conjures are now much more valid in PvE, Glimmering Mark is viable.. not to mention using ele as a secondary is much more attractive, especially combined with Signet of Illusions. Double Dragon and Inferno you can now take fairly easily on a warrior. Lightning Surge might make a comeback? lol I don't know if that's good or not.. XD
Pheonix was already one of the only tolerable spells, and it got better. Not to mention that from the newer, bigger numbers on water eles, there will probably be more of them trying to get a group, and bringing good skills on accident!

Most changes will affect PvE, AB and arenas. As ensign said glyph is cool now. Glyph of elemental power is nice too, but I'd rather just have another skill in that slot. Also: Lightning Javelin > Assassin.

glyph of elem power + shatterstone + freezing gust (NF) is going to be a great combo. If they arent enchanted, hit them with a vapor blade and they're practically dead.

I am currently having a blast with my new arcane echo'd Shatterstone! 460 damage from 2 casts of a water spell, divided into 4 spikes to break through prot spells! Lethal in FA! (16 water + elem power glyph)

With Inferno's 10 sec recharge its another Starburst. Theres something wrong with attunes though. I used fire attune and i got 2 from a 10 energy spell. 1 from default and 1 from the atune, that means its only giving back 10%. I dont like glyph of concentration anymore....

Be careful with echo'd Shatterstone. Since it's a hex, the additional damage after 3 seconds, only applies once inside that time window, no matter how often the spell is cast on the target. So esentially 2 water eles need to really coordinate to spike with it (but then I guess the whole 'spike' is defeated by the need to wait 3 seconds in the first place).

I just don't understand anet sometimes. Why making an elite so darn good if they gotta nerf it any time soon right after such buff?
All nuker builds heavily rely on this one skill which it self does massive damage with burning and hitting.
