Hype after release?

Hey, got some bad news from my local game store, rang them to see if they'd be getting it in tomorrow (27th here in New Zealand). They said they may not recieve it till the 29th-30th, my question is, even though im a few days late, will there still be alot of hype etc? I loved loading up my assassin as soon as Factions was released, and all the people discussing the game etc. Thanks!

I take it you've ordered it through The Gamesman or GPStore? They haven't been officially licensed to sell the game so you'll be getting an imported copy. My advice to you is to cancel your order there and go to EBGames and get one there, they're selling them right now.

Is this happening everywhere in NZ (I live in a small rural town). Do you think it would be too late for me and my flatmate to cancel out order through them? Also i'm having trouble locating the EB New Zealand store website. If anyone could help me out with any info, that would be great

Yes there will still be alot of hype and alot of moaning as well so don't worry you won't miss too much.
