Account not authorized to play guild wars

Hey guys, this is an elite fansite so I figured it would be best to ask here.

I ordered Guild Wars Special Edition about 5 weeks ago and today it finally came. I entered the access key thing and when I log onto the character screen it says 'This account is not authorized to play Guild Wars'. It also says that in the 'Manage Access Keys' thing, and all I have is '1 PvP Unlock Coupon'. Please help me guys :P

In addition, I think i've used the skill pack code as a main serial.. I couldn't find a serial key anywhere except for that one.

You have the Guild Wars Nightfall, which only starts tomorrow, there's 3 chapters, the other 2 have been released for sime time now. Your account will be allowed access to Nightfall tomorrow .
