I make cantha and tyria quests to add heros with my necro player i add them to party window... but no heroes quest to my other classes... someone else take tyria and cantha heroes to all your classes?
They removed the quests when they fixed the /bonusitems glitch. They should be back when the nightfall server goes live and possibly only for Nightfall owners.
