The place that the screenie was taken at could compensate for the lighting too. Some areas give off a lot of light and make your armor look really bright while others can make it dull.

That shield doesn't look at all like I expected it would on a Paragon, glad I didn't shell out 40k for it after all.

Personally, no matter how 1337 it may be, white only looks good on a small number of armours and a small number of characters. And even on the small number of armours it looks good on it makes characters look like they are going to a wedding... Not the look I'm after for any of my characters...

This set really changes its look depending on the town and lighting in it, places like droknar's forge and the grotto make this set look great, while the preview window for example made it look more dull.
