You cannot do it. You've chosen one path..Never to return to the crossroads again.

You get several warnings that the choice to create seperate accounts is permanent. However if you are desperate contact ANet support and beg them to fix it for you.

They've already said they can't 'fix' it so yes you made a one time choice to get an extra 2 slots at the cost of not having a merged account. Only fix now is to buy another prophecies or factions key and merge to one or the other and keep the other as storage.

Whether or not they can merge is irrelevant, they won't, and it's company policy not to.

They can and they will merge your account for you.......providing they decide that your claim is legitimate. My guess is that they have plenty of tools at their disposal to help determine if your claim is legitimate and they will be very thorough in their investigation.

They can merge accounts only on very very big problems. In a similar story my friend had accidently made a new account with his factions but didnt know the e-mail and Anet was going to unlock the key and let him add it to his GWP account but in the end he remembered the account and decided to keep the two individual accounts.

At last! one I can answer. On your computer, click Start, then control panel, then add and remove programs. Click on guild wars and choose remove.
Then with your new GW disk, install as you would with any software then let Gw upload any updates not on the disk and you're good to go!
Now the tricky part, take your new Nightfall disk and install then when you click the GW icon to start the game, choose add to an existing account. Simply type in the code provided with the game.
Of course you have to buy the games again this way but so far this is the ONLY way -sorry. But heck it's only a hundred bucks right?
