Monks and Soloing

'lo. I've just bought the game and am enjoying it so far, but I'm still thinking about what class(es) I'll enjoy the most in the long term.

I was wondering - monks are the main healer class of the game, but are they perfectly able soloers as well, or is it like some games where they're totally reliant on grouping?

monks usually need a team when doing missions and everyone will need a
monk so you will find a group quickly, but other than that i used henchmen with all of my other quests.

you can solo many bosses with a 55 monk (but from what i've heard the new recent update has stopped 55 farming) and get green items for your characters.

personally, i really like playing as a monk and my monk is my favorite character.

and solo farming is still possible, whatever will people say, but you'll need some tweaks with the builds.
