Material Storage problem! :O

I can't get my Material Storage working! I purchased the storage upgrade from lion's arch for my both characters, but I still can't see the Materials sub page in the storage! Why is this? I thought the new update would give material storage for propechies players also :O Or am I just doing something wrong...

Every character has to purchase the upgrade individually. If it still isn't working then it may be a bug introduced by the update. I doubt it though.

The same thing has happened to me. On my second account which is prophecies only. My main account I have prophecies and factions and upgraded in Cantha long ago with no problems. I believe the problem lies in the update....I have never seen the upgrade guy in LA before. I guess Anet wanted to make it available to all now, but failed to implement it properly. The upgrade guy tells me I have all available updates but still no material storage.

This is a problem with Prophecies-Only accounts.

The Xunlai Representative will take the 50g from each character, but after purchasing the Crafting Material Storage there is nothing available.

Any word on when/if this will be fixed?

It was / can be a problem. After paying you get no upgrade. It seems to be fixed now without paying a second time. Just took a day for the upgrade to work.
