Runes with Energy +2

I'm sorry A.net..but this is too far...i saw this rune and unlocked it immediately..anyways

While testing this rune..it appears it stacks..SO..I gave myself +10 energy with +armor while enchanted on a monk..then..grabbed a +15 Energy -1 offhand..with energy +5 axe..the end result since im tired and dont feel like typing?

75 or 80 armor
80(yes 80) energy
4 pips
Peace and Harmony with new buff
13 divine
12 healing

Yes..it still heals effectivly

This is crying for a nerf...my monk..has sadly become an ele with Divine favor and more armor...

Dont even get me started on the meteor shower warriors

hmmm. I was expecting +energy rune to be ele-only, as with absorption rune and warrs...

A good monk doesnt need very big energy pool, it takes effective healing and energy management to be good one. With higher energy just take slightly longer time before you run out of energy.

for pvp this doesn't mean anything.. as already stated a large energy pool means nothing on a monk. you only have 12 in healing, you're wasting an elite to get 4 pips..

Yay for energy runes. A monk can now get up to a max of about 103 energy (PvE only).. Or was it 96.. hmm i cant remember now.

So you'd rather have 2 Energy then an extra point in Divine Favor or Healing Prayers or 50 Health? You clearly don't know what you're doing.

These aren't overpowered, as a matter of fact, these +energy runes aren't even that good. Most builds have three or two runes reserved for their Vigor and attribute(s), and most will choose either condition reduce or Health over Energy. Yes, they might be good for some specific builds that can't get a decent Energy pool without these runes, but I'm pretty sure they won't be used alot (at least by people that know what they're doing).

The only potential use I can see is on an Elementalist Mind Burn/Shock build where the runes provide that much more exhaustion buffer to burn out.

its more for people who are running 1 or 2 attributes instead of multiple.

You have spare pieces of armor that dont have runes on them, you can use these little boost runes. But I'm sorry, +2 energy does not tear down the kingdom of Energy Storage. In fact, someone should check if Energy Storage is stacked after the Runes. If so, Ele's could have huge energy supplies from now on.

If you're using Peace and Harmony for an elite, you have more serious problems to think about than +2 energy or +10 health runes.

Do take note that inspired hex, drain enchantment and mantra of recall have all been slightly reduced in their power.

Monks have 20 base energy +10 from their base armor. They also have 60 base armor.

So that's 20(base)+10(base armor)+5(axe)+12(offhand)+15(offhand bonus) = 62 max energy.
And 60(base armor) + 10(Acolyte's Armor) = 70 armor (75 if you have a +5 armor on your axe)

An ele could have 80 energy and 10 pips of regen with the same attribute/skill investment.

but it's nice for pve i think, i dont like P&H but mb after it was improved it'll be better...
