Omg, pair this up with blinding flash after the buff and endless interrupts for wars tailing you. I mean you can literally sit there and javelin a warrior in you face till the thats attack you and keep him on his ass till the end of time. So sweet.
I'm running a Eprod flashbot and added this and its ripping RA to pieces right now. I'm getting so much flame mail from Wars and Sins that get their entire combo thrown in the trash can when I jav them. It's an incredibly sick buff. Who needs whirlwind when you can spam jav instantly and always get an interrupt on hostile attackers?
5 cost, 2 sec recharge, decent damage and interrupts attackers.... this skill is just plain awesome now. War attacking your monk? Throw the jav and gg.

im pretty sure it has a high arc, so its less likely to hit far away foes, i think anet is trying to make air more viably as defense and offense, fire as good damage with energy (especially with nightfall's new skills), water with amazing hexes and earth keep defense with some amazing new spells as well (sandstorm
