Funny coloury blurs

After todays update, im sometimes getting some blury thingies, in inventory for instance when moving items, or when i entered shing jea monestery i got it in the party window...

It doesnt show up always and i dunno if there is any pattern.
I am using an nVidia GeForce 6600GT video card with 91.47 drivers on Win XP...

Looks like your video card has issues.
