Hi, not sure if this is this right place to put it. If not sry and if a mod can move it to a proper place or direct me to the proper place. anyway, with the new update on the staff, does it mean the 10/10 staffs are are almost worthless now, well with the exception on the rare skin ( i think). and how about the 10/20recharge or the 20/20 are they also worthless (agaian probably with th exception of the rare skin staff, like orish, twin dragon head, ghostly, etc) or does it hold some value with the recharge have the same req as the staff.

I dont know if a 10/10 or a 20/10 would be worthless I have not seen the patch. You might want to try to salvage it, and if you find that skin you like, mod it.
I have my storage full of mix inherent and req items, with skins I like for my toons. I will not have NF until tomorrow. And I am waiting on info to come to the boards how the salvage will work.
I think if we can salvage off those 20% and 10% or what not, plus 15^50, +5en etc. People will want the max golds with no inherent and mod them how they like, as well as not paying over priced for items. Plus not seeing every one of those with a 20/20 +30 mod (for weaps), and really no need to pay an arm and leg for a req 8 chaos with +5 energy. So we might see some clean max gold no inherent have a value over merch and those mods of course will have a value. At the same time market might be flooded with a ton of Chaos +5 energy and max req 8 15^50. But people seeing those ectos flashing in there mind when they do it, will probably be disapointed (then again there are many fools out there). There is enough of the greedy ones out there wanting a 100k +45e for oni blade, I hope to see those sellers out of buiness.
Maybe now we will not see as many req 8 15^50 out there with 20/20 +30, 2 mods I rarely use. And every +5 energy with 20% enchantments.

There are no 10/10 staffs anymore (or if there is, you got minimum possible HSR). ALL staves that were 10% HSR on all spells or 20% HSR on attribute have been changed to now be HSR 20% for ALL SPELLS.
You can only salvage the XX% HSR/HCT inscribe off of INSCRIBABLE ITEMS, meaning elonian items, nothing that you have now.

Plus you can't salvage greens anyway...otherwise everyone would salvage sskai's sword instead of trying to sell it for 1k
