Is there an explanation for this bug?

I had 2 helmets, one a droknar's forge with +1 hammer with +3 hammer rune
and 1 luxon 1.5k helmet with +1 sword and +3 sword rune,

not too long ago the droknar's forge dwarven helmet disapeared, im like ok wtf, then another helmet appeared, a +1 1.5k helmet with +1 sword and +3 sword rune WITH THE SAME DYE COMDINATION AS MY OTHER HELMET
like an exact copy, this didn't bother me since it was cheap

but then i had a shield with req 8 tactics -2/-2, and a shield with -5 19% with +60 while hexed, well guess what? THE -2/-2 REQ 8 DISAPEARED AND A NEW -5 19% with +60 while HEXED APPEARED!, i am extremely mad now, i paid good money for this -2/-2 shield and it out of some undescribeable explanation turned into the other shield

Can this glitch be reversed? the proof of this glitch existing is my 2 shields with non perfect stats ARE EXACTLY ALIKE and i lost a far more valuable shield over this, WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS TO SOMETHING MORE VALUABLE?

Is anyone else getting this bug?

I might be placing this in wrong, forum, but im wondering some of your experiences or whatever, i don't think ill play gw this weekend until this bug is fixed, cus i dont want something even more valuable done this way

If this is true then this is a very nasty bug...

anyone else having a problem, update: these are all the items so far that are clones, i have now lost about 150k worth in items for RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing copies, this bug is infecting almost all my war's items



IM REALLY TIRED OF THIS BUG, 4 items gone in one night to this RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing bug
