Need to install or just add key?

Hi all. I just got my Collectors Edition and Bonus Pack.

What exactly do I need to do? Should I first use the installation CD, or should I just skip that and add the keys from the CE and BP?

Add the keys, and run with -image in the command line to download as much of Nightfall as you can, or alternatively install from the CDs to minimize downloading, which ever you prefer...
