Added my nightfall CD key - did not get extra slot from pre-release.

I got my copy of Nightfall today, and it came with a pre-release bonus pack. I added the pre-release key first, and went in-game to check if it worked and I could get my bonus items (sycthe and spear) so I know that it's working, and I also knew I would have to add the Nightfall CD key to get the extra slot.

I just added nighfall cd-key, and only got 2 extra character slots. I didn't get the extra slot that was supposed to come with pre-release... did anyone else experience this?

Also: What's the deal with unlocking the hero from Cantha and Tyria? People have been saying they unlocked their hero, but I can't find the quest for it anywhere and people in-game are clueless...

Maybe you dont get it til Nightfall goes live tommorow?

Can't get the third slot til the game goes live, same with the heroes. It was a bug that the npc's were giving the quest early and the patched is soon after.

This is the beta stage, expect there to be errors.

All will be sorted on the morrow, have faith ..

I submitted this as an issue when I observed the same events upon entering my nightfall key. I am more than a little upset about it. I would believe you with no problem if I had not been given the two slots for Nightfall. But, like you; I can hope.

Gaile says the bonus pack slots haven't been implimented yet; no one has them.

As of now, they work.

I have the slot now.
