Daggum ship date delayed

Really upset EBGames said the ship date would be 10/25/06 but after waiting for it today called and they said it wouldn't ship till tonight blaming it on Guild Wars, then the person waffled saying perhaps they shipped it late, I asked if many were calling and she said no you were the only one.

I told her I thought she was a liar. Heck she already proved that picking different excuses saying Guild Wars did this or that. I told her EBGames advertised the ship date as 10/25.

If Guild Wars would just offer it direct why shouldn't they get the retail price for the game and this sort of thing wouldn't happen.

My early start on this game has been dashed.

That sucks. The EB Games here got it in today.

I pre-order from best buy.. but look like I won't get my till Nov 1st....

I pre-ordered, I will never ever buy from EB Games again the last two orders they've fowled up. But it's shame on me, I trusted them again. Never again. My problem is they were the only one's I found who had the deal of Nightfall collectors edition and a free guild wars starter kit, maybe that comes with everything.

Never EBGames, I've spent perhaps 800 maybe 1000 at your stores over the years you will not get one more cent from me! You have it in your stores and you don't ship it.

Think they might have held it up over a stinking poster that I didn't even ask for. I tell you where they can roll that poster up real thight and put it! I'll give you three guesses.

I've been told the "special" poster that gamestop was offering is actually just the same poster that comes in the CE.

Ebgames.com and Gamstop.com are almost mirror images of eachother.

I ordered from Gamestop.com and I am experiencing the exact same problem as the OP, I think this confirms some of my thoughts...

I hope we both get our copies tomorrow (assuming the OP also request overnight)
