I'm not sure if people will agree with this, I'm just throwing it out because it "could" be a good idea...
Here's the scoop:
We all know that we would like to know what people are casting on us or wahtever. Or, at least I do. So somewhere on the screen (it should be able to be turned off through the options menu) it'll show what actions other doing to you. Enemies actions outlined in red, and allies in green. So then someone is casting Life Siphon on you, then you can see a red icon showing someone casting life siphon. Then what would be really nice is that you can click on it then it'll show your target.
I'm not sure if many people would pay attention to the thingy but there are some people that are literally "omnipotent" on what happens their screen.
See what people are doing to you

Don't we now have a damage monitor that half fills the role you describe? Putting health increases in there isn't a half bad idea, but it might get a bit... 'verbose'.
Rera
If you PvP at all, you'll realize why this is a terrible idea. The new damage monitor was a terrible idea also. Knowing what skills were just used on you is an ability you acquire with playing experience, and now the game is just spoonfeeding it to you.

it's nice to know, but really, if you see a caster irl casting a spell, would you know what spell he/she is casting?!

Where I come from there aren't any "IRL casters".

I haven't seen any casters lately either.

I don't know where you folks are from, but I encounter casters every day. Ever had a gaze of contempt cast on you by an angry Ex followed by spinal shivers?
