Access Key?

OK I have a new access Key am trying to add it to a linked account Prophecies/Factions. When I type in the key they say it's already in use?

What am I doing wrong? Wanted to down load the game for tomorrow

Try logging into your account and then clicking edit account and then manage access keys. See if it is listed there.
