"numbers, address" as in "198, Marshall St.". Help desk advised me to write any number before. Also, I did not use the complement bracket, only the first line for the address. Don't use accents either.
My wife called me a little bit ago to tell me that the online store wouldn't accept the number "0" when she used the upper number row, but worked fine from with the keypad.
*shrugs* I don't know whether this was the fault of software, hardware, or user, but I thought I'd mention it.
FYI, it worked just fine for me when I ordered at 1 am (Central timezone) this morning.
