Ok so I just completed the Venta Cemetery quest and it dumped me back into Kamadan. Now I have gone to every available city and looked at every single person. There are no quests available to me.
Is there something I'm missing?? Neither me nor my friend can find anyone with anymore quests. We don't know how to keep going.
Can anyone help?

We even ran up to Rihlon's Refuge... Nothing... We've done every quest we can find. No more primaries at all. We are just.... stuck...

What do you need to do to proceed to the mianland- get a certain sunspear rank?
If so, just get the blessings from scouts at the res shrines and kill stuff :P
Also though, I do know there's some quest that wont actually come up as quest unless you stick around..after some dialogue between npcs for instance.

Same here, went exploring and ended up at the Gates of Desolation, stepped outside, went for a walk and promtly died, not going to spoil anything but you'll find out what the wurms are for when you get there...

This is deep deep into the game. About 6-7 hours onto the mainland.
We are both sunspear generals... in fact... anyone that beats Venta Cemetery has to be at least a sunspear general (2500 points).
It just makes no sense... there just isn't anyone left to talk to.

You need talk to scouts so they give you points when you slay things. If you got stuck in first island you didn' paid attention where mission 3 start or something simillar.

Pay attention to what topic you are posting in....

I think it's a bug that needs to be fixed. Nobody in game knows whats going on, either.

Yeah, I've got the same problem.
I've been wandering around mapping because I have absolutely nothing to do.
After maybe 2 side quests and the first part of the first primary - I have had ZERO side quests and no primary missions for hours.
I found one sunspear guy talk to me about bugs (insects), but it didn't do anything.
I've completed 2 primary area missions, but only because I was mapping and found the cities, otherwise I'd have had no idea they were there.
