Pulling StormBow

I am buying stormbow for pulling bosses. So I will but the cheapest and the worth bow.
My ingame name is: "Destro Maniak" if you have a stormbow without good damage hight req no inherent wisp me. If I am not responding, away, or another char add me to friends

As I understand from no respond I might but cheap perfect stormbows too(like req 13 while hexed etc)
EDIT: I bought 15-28 req 9 clean for 2k I dont need anymore
