SS dont work anymore, face it, for people who farms UW and want continue to do so here is another option for all you SS necros(if you have factions)
here is the build
12+3+1 blood magic
8+1 soul reaping
10 illusion
Awaken Blood
Arcane echo
Spoil Victor(E)
Dark pact
Ancestor Visage
Sypathetic Visage
Optional/Blood ritual/Vampiric gaze
Optional/Res/Illusion of Haste(in case cow start running at you)
what you do in UW is have your 55 aggro as much as he can, if he want to, having large group doesn't speed up, but any way, what you do is awaken blood first, when aggro is tight, do echo, then put spoil victor on one cow, then press tab immediately and put it on another cow. Now, watch the cow kill them self, if not finish them with dark pact, vampiric gaze, and or wand them. As soon as spoil recharges or its echo recharges, put it on another pair, keep doing this and continue the finishing move with dark pact or somekind of blood magic skill of you choice. You usually need them on axtase because they have nature regen. Just make sure your 55 is safe as you'll have AV/SV on him all the time. Anyway, do this few time and it'll start just as fast as old runs. think about it, if you got 2 SS out there its about 40 damage per hit times 2, 80 damages, one spoil victor is 115 damage.........
soul reaping is important, as you are quickly finishing 1 monster by one, energy fueled from death will greatly help

It does cause scatter now, but this isn't enough to hose the famine ranger.
