Ok, I'm one of the those crazy people that will be adding the 2 new classes to my existing 8 PVE's for a total of 10 with Nightfalls. It appears that each Hero is individual to that PVE character. Therefore I am having flashbacks to Diablo 2 LoD and having to lvl up mercs/heros for all my PVE's. /sigh. To go a step further I will have to ask the Tooth Fairy for 465,987,271,930 gold to equip all these hero's across all characters.

BTW, havent tried adding runes to heros yet. Possible?

The rune thing is a yes. My Heroes are sporting fancy runes in their armors everywhere they go.

just use some cheep greens, or crappy golds you find for your heroes. For example, for my warrior hero I found a wingblade sword, req 13, 14^50, 20/19, +1 20%. Not perfect, but still very good, and very cheap! Koss loves it

I suppose it wont be too bad equipin em since I wont be using them in serious PVP. *wants to go back in time and save all the 13^50 +24 health chaos axes I used to have. O.o

I preffer henchmen atm, because my hero's are like lvl 12 ...

Equipping them with higher-end but cheap collector items FTW. I'm kicking myself 'cause I didn't save all those Soul Stones from my Shiro'ken farming... :'(

I'd take 1 or 2 with you if I were you. you do need them at lvl 20, and they lvl pretty damn fast..

I think as more chapters come people will not be doing jack of all trades. As each chapter gets better, the game will feel more like a really good rpg

the stories are getting better and better ... nightfall is turning out to be better than I expected.

That wouldn't be a problem, anyways. The J menu creates items out of thin air: runes, inscriptions, weapons, etc. You can outift Heroes with max gear that way. They just won't look cool(er).
