Noob Question Alert!!! Plz answer

I havent been playing that long but I have accomplished quite a bit so im not that much of a noob. but Can someone tell me if I can add more than one staff head to a staff that are the same mod? {IE two energy +5 mods heads to one staff}

I noticed people talking bout this and when selling some mods people wanted more of the same kind for some reason.

No, you can only have 1 staff head fitted on a staff at a time. But you can also add a staff wrapping to it.

People want more than 1 staff head because they're now outfitting their heros with weapons as well as filling up their 4 weapons slots.

And, for example, a Staff Wrapping of Fortitude can be used on any moddable staff, so aswell as heroes an multi weapons on one char, they could be outfitting their other chars.
