Where to ferry from Prophecies/Factions to NightFall?

Like before,you can ferry from Prophecy to Factions in Lion Arch.What about NightFall? anyone knows about it?

Btw,Should I build an ele in NightFall.I always want an ele but i found that NightFall's characters are darken in skin, I like beautiful white skin actually, especially for my sexy ele. hmmmmmmmm.....
