I'm unable to complete this quest because I can't get anyone to give me the third quest in the series called "Family Ties." I have completed the other two and now there is nothing to indicate where I get the third quest from. Anyone have any ideas?

Complete the quest that the person gives you as soon as you enter Dejarn Estate from Paohong Passage.
