As anyone been having problems with the 3rd sub-quest of this quest?
I can't get Family Ties quest.

If you have any idea how to get Family Ties I'd be glad to hear it

aye.
this is slightly confusing.
you have to do a quest from '.... the Unpredictable' first, just outside the town.
then you pick up the questreward from the NPC, and he gives you the 'Family Ties' quest.

I'm now stuck at "The Young Lady Vanishes" subquest of the Dejarin Estate quests. What quest(s) unlock this 3rd part?

EDIT: I found Bozo the Unpredictable guy outside Pogahn Passage... he's the lady-vanishes quest giver.
