After spending an afternoon searching for the NPC with the "destroy the harpies" quest I've decided to cave. Where is this person? I've not seen him in any cities or explorable areas and I've added another 10% to my Elonian explorer title, just looking for this quest.

Moko~ Complete the quests from Lieutenant Murunda in Dzagonur Bastion and finish the Reclaiming the Temple quest. The garden should revert back after you completed this.

Edit: Apparently I was wrong. I tested again with a character that have finished the game and skipped a lot of quests. The garden reverts back to its original state after completing Jennur's Horde. So, you may have to finish the game first. I'll be testing again with another character to see if this holds true.

In Responce to that dude who capped Toxic Chill, you only have to complete the quest "Extinction" to get the behemoth boss to spawn. Just SS the whole quest, Heket are that big a sucker.

So, it's down to Extend Conditions (Mesmer), Hidden Caltrops (Assassin) and Ebon Dust Aura (Dervish), eh?

Ebon Dust Aura should be on an Enchanted Brambles boss, as has been said. Extend Conditions is not found on any regular enemies in the game so it could be anywhere. Same with Hidden Caltrops although I doubt it would be found in a species that already has an assassin boss.

BTW, I was wondering if the elite Lightbringer sig you get at rank 3 counts towards the skillhunter title. I think it does because it's showing me 1 more then I capped XD

Yes it counts. I have 288 Elites on my titletrack and still haven't found Ebon Dust Aura, Extended Conditions and Hidden Caltrops.

I can't find Anthem of Fury. According to guildwiki it's right outside the Gate of Torment, however the boss doesn't spawn when I get there. Anyone knows the quests you need to complete to make him spawn?

Anthem of Fury is in Nightfallen Jahai (next to entrance...go straight ahead and make a loop to the right). You should only have to fight 2 mobs (both demons) before you get to the boss mob.

Hidden Caltrops (Assassin) is available from a corsair admiral in The Floodplain of Mahnkelon. He's the first mob you'll find if you enter from Kodonur Crossroads and follow the edge to the south.
