So I've been trying to solo 55 farm and some alternative to the norm. Supposingly so I found out a few facts about the new patch, and I'll list them here
1. No matter how many mobs you aggro, after the break there will always be 3 monsters attacking you (rare in some cases 4)
2. The other monsters run out to the side and regen (everyone knows this one)
3. Monsters alternate the 3 attackers thus making damaging ineffective
4. If you attack one of the 3 monsters that are attacking you, via melee weapon IE Totem's Axe, that one single monster will NOT rotate with the other monsters, sucessfully killing it off the normal way
(not confirmed to work for ranged)
My conclusions so far :
Echo and activate SoJ (the build that I use, does not include zealots), hit C, and start bashing away, one monster at a time. No doubt this farming is slower than it used to be, but it's still effective in my elona and troll solo farming.

Also, I found it fairly easy (as long as I paid attention) to farm the tundra giants that you can get to if you go through the troll cave by Droks. They don't run cause they're just throwing their boulders at you. You can kill them with one SoJ if you aggro right after you cast. Just be careful of the knockdown interrupts and always keep HB up.

Do you know why its that only 3 people will keep attacking you no matter what?

Thankyou. People are calling this a giant farming nerf and overlooking that it was happening no matter what. Scythe normal attack would scatter everything, so dervishes would be shunned from teams like assassins. With the new coding they're still fine.
Please note that mobs with a size of 3 or less do not stay away for long, while excess creatures in mobs of 4 or greater stay away for extended periods of time.
