I have completed the Cemetary of Dunahm and Kondnur Crossroads missions but now what. I have also done the Centur quests, got the Banana Sycthe, and did that quest that starts in front of a large rock with a face on it. I have opened up Gates of Desolation and Rilohn Refuge but cant get any missions there. I have been wandering around for the last 3 hours trying to work out what to do. There is no more quests to be taken from any outposts so I officially have nothing left to do to progree through the game.

After the crossroads i had no problem following the primary quest line with my tyrian character, only the bug with the pump and the split team. I think you should trace back your steps where you went after completing the mission. There should be a NPC which gives you the next primary quest

Yeah I did the Primary after Crossroads but it led me knowhere, and I have not seen anything with "pumps".

Just a short spoiler.
After the crossroads mission there is a rendevous with the master of wispers or another NPC. I took the master of whispers quests. It lead me into a fight with some droughtlings, after that there i went to rilohan refuge the mission. When you choose the other NPC there will also be a small quest wich should lead to pogahan passage. From there on the stories merge again

No, he gives you a quest first, you need to go to the barbarous coast to defeat 3 or so droughtlings. After that there is a bit walking around the sanctuary and you can continue with the quest

Hmm I just figured out something. I didn't realise that the Master of Whispers was a hero you need. I did the quest but must have lost hime somewhere, does this mean I screwed the game up?

I have a Tyrian character and got exactly the same problem.
After Kodonur Crossroads I did the primary quest and then for the exclusive quests did the one related to Kormir (not sure about the name). After that one I am stuck : no follow-up quest ... I had a bunch of secondary quests active I just took in Command Post after returning from Kodonur mission. This migth have screwed up something ....
BTW : I tried reporting it on GW Support but gave up on it (it doesnt accept neither my GW account info not my PlayNC account info).... I just dont get it. We all have a GW account, why can't GW support just accept GW account login info ???

I know for sure there is no "stuck bug" after the crossroads mission. Its important to follow the lead of the hero's involved of the follow-up quests. If you take for example the Master of Wispers quest you need to have him in your hero's list as long as this quests take. If your not sure that hero's storyline has finished equip him to be sure.
BTW there is alsmost certain a follow up quest in the sanctuary or the command post

I'm in the same situation. Completed xroads mission, took Master of Whisper's quest (rather than the ranger chick's quest).
However, now I have no quests in my log at all, and no missions to do. And no, the MoW is not in my hero list either. There are no quests in the sanctuary or command post.
I see I'm not the only one with these exact symptoms.

I have contacted User support as well and got the same email back, so I sent another one with the original attached to it. Nothing has been fixed and since posting here I have had a lot of people pm me in game asking if the problem had been fixed as they to have hit the same problem (looks like I'm not the only one after all). From what I can tell after doing some research into the matter, there is a loop-hole in the system where you can complete the master of whispers quest but not recieve him in your hero's select box. I am currently running another Tyrian character through NF so I can pinpoint the exact location and moment where the problem occurs.
If anyone from A net is reading this PLEASE fix it, there is a lot of people with this problem and it will continue to get worse if something is not done about it soon. Thankyou.

I took another character from Tyria and went through NF to reach the same point where I was stuck (no quest after "For a Price"). The issue is : when you get the reward for the quest (from Shifty Lem in Marga Coast), Margrid gives you the follow up quest (she is in your back). BUT if you just zone out after getting the reward (before talking to Margrid), you are stuck if you cannot find Margrid. Solution : go back to Marga Coast exiting from Yohlon Haven and Margrid is there waiting for you to give the next primary quest "No Me, no Kormir".

Unfortunately this doesn't work for me, maybe because I chose Master of Whispers instead of Margrid.
EDIT: I managed to find the Master of Whispers by exiting every outpost through every exit. Go to the Kodonor Crossroads and take the SE exit outside into the Dejarin Estate, he is there around the corner.
