Hero's pets

I had Acolyte Jin capture a pet, just to see if it worked... It did, and now I can't get rid of this dumb boar. I wanted to get a different one, but pet trainers don't take it, and it doesn't stay gone if I remove the skill from her and then put it back. Anyone have this same problem?

Another question on hero pets would be how to rename

I would like this too (lucky for me i tried it with a white tiger but i would like to replace it with a Phoenix :P)...
