Yet another Hero system question...

I may be being a complete and utter plank here, but is it even possible to cast a Hero's skill onto another ally?

I set Olias up as a "stealth" healer BUT, I wanted him to cast a constant enchant (a -1 Energy regen enchant) on me to make his job a bit easier (I hope).

Yeah, you can do that if you open up their skills box by clicking on the number next to his name, targeting who you want the skill cast on, and clicking on the skill you want him to cast.

Yes it is possible.

Open his skill bar, target the target yourself, click the skill, DONE.

I tried that, but he just cast it on himself...

i have tried them casting it, but then they remove it from themselves straight away.

set koss up as Smiting Tank
(retribution, holywrath, adrenaline and signets)
got him to cast retribtuion and holywrath.. soon as he moved anywhere near an enemy he removed them

or do those end when you run out of energy?

No, they don't.
