Mini Gray Giant Minipet help

I have added the key to my account, have traveled to Kamadan with a character from a previous campaign, typed /bonusitmes, and the "broken toy" does not appear in my inventory as it should. The quest from the guy doesn't become active either. I was wondering if anyone could help me? Does it have to be a character created in Elona? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

right now there is a bug where only elonians can do it. it supposedly getting fixed though
