Okay I just beat the game a few minutes ago.
I'm confirming this now..
There is engame armor, there is endgame crafter weapons and there is endgame greens for every class.
There is also 5 quests to gain other heros at the end.

So there it is folks. By the way I beat it in about a day and a half of non stop playing..yeah I'm a bit broken inside but all is well. Was very fun, plan on going back to finish all the quests I can and explore some more.

Well I'm a bit different than you are, I like to complete the main, then go take up the secondary tasks and what not like left over quests. Then I start on the titles and grind. Maybe some chest hunting. I still got a good length of playtime ahead of me. Also, I have 5 other characters that need to get through, and 2 that I'm going to make..and there are still two paths I didn't take so I still have fun ahead of me no worries.
Yes the greens are better than faction end game greens. 20/20 +30. There's also zealous and vamp and+5 on some.

No there's not..from what I can recall..
All warrior weapons 1 axe, sword and hammer.. were 15^50 20/20 +30. Then there were two shields..strength and tactics.. +30 then tactics was +10 armor vs cold and str +10 vs fire.
For Dervs the Scythes come in Zealous, Vamp and 20/20. All have 15^50 +30 on them.
For Spears it was 20/20 +30, then +5en and +30 and 10% adrenal, then +5en and +20% enchants. The shields are same as warriors stat wise.
Rangers had quite a few weapons..2 hornbows zealous and vamp with +30 and 15^50
a longbow with 20/20 +30 15^50.. a short bow and recurve bow with condition strings and +30 15^50 and the flatbow..I can't remember but it could have been zealous.

I've been slow to complete everything I guess, I'm just at the Cemetary mission (second one on the mainland I believe)

End game greens are Sundering/Fortitude Sword/Axe/Hammer, all 5 types of bows. Zealous/Vampiric/Sundering Scythes/Spears of Fortitude. Staves are Insightful of Fortitude with 5>50 inscriptions. Forget what the daggers were.
From the crafter, weapons are 10% universal recharge, while caster weapons are +15/-1. Not a terribly useful crafter IMO.

As for different armor types, there are two common skins - Istani and Sunspear. Then there's the 15k Elite Sunspear armor from the Sanctuary, Vabbi armor (5k + Rubies and Sapphires) from the Kodash Bazaar, Ancient armor (10k) in the Bone Palace (in the Desolation) and Primeval armor (15k) from the Throne of Secrets at the end of the game. So, 6 skins in total.
