Ok, I've got a Shortbow Of Defense (14/25 Req 11 Marks) with a +15% Damage Modifier

It's also got -5 energy and +5 armor, but I'm interested in the value of the +15%.

Here's a picture of the bow. I know the quality sucks. Don't complain. :P
