I was wondering how these work...
Mainly... if I have pyro armor that already has the Armor +10 (vs. elemental damage) Armor +10 (vs. Fire damage), can I throw an insignia of Pyro on to that set of armor and double the stats- or will it just be like throwing a rune on top of a rune and will replace it?
speaking of runes- will insignias cover runes?
