NICE skin, low req, very in demand (before NF anyway, i imagine demand will still pick up for this skin anyhow), i'd say 10-20k

non max inherent mods doubt that high, its not uncommon to get these wands low req with non max inherents.

around 10k or so... imo way better than any wands I've yet to see in NF
