Damage +15% while Hp is above 50%
Armor Penetration 20% (19% chance)
Armor +7 VS Physical Damage

~I know the Buckler isn't that good and the non max damage on the weapons doesn't help either but the mod are perfect/near perfect~

I would expert salvage the Dead Bow for the 20/19 Sundering. The Trollslaying mod might be worth something, but it you'd be sitting on it forever.

Oh ok, but they wouldn't really sell for any gold on the forums/auction right?
