Dervish so far is the simplist to beat dopple with so far. All you have to do is go in without skills and hit him with your normal attacks since you do double the damage he does. With luck you'll be hitting him with spikes of 78 damage or so while he does at most 35ish.

Or go in with scythe attacks... which he can't use w/ his pathetic axe or bow...

i just went in with AoE enchants and Sig of Pious Light........when he spawns he goes through all the enchants and then his Pious light over and over....when hes done just walk up load up on all your enchants right next to him and then remove them all to cause the secondary damage....took be about 20 seconds to beat him.
